Working and learning should be fun – at regular satisfaction surveys and employee journey mapping via our digital SkillBase tool we make sure that it stays so and everyone is on the journey they want to take.

We also organize bi-weekly masterclass sessions for informal learning where our dedicated teams and Microsoft guest speakers share their knowledge & findings in various digital topics – automation, product development, software development, marketing and so much more. These are also fun company events that normally take a full day (1/2 learning and sharing + 1/2 team building) to make sure that it is truly quality time.
