European IT company Cegeka is acquiring all shares in Microsoft Azure Expert MSP DexMach. This acquisition strengthens Cegeka’s activities in the field of cloud, in particular, public cloud. DexMach is 1 of the 3 Azure Expert MSPs in Belgium and combines it with 8 Microsoft Advanced Specializations and won the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award as recently as 2020. No financial details of the acquisition will be disclosed.

In the current digital transformation, the public cloud is taking an increasingly important position. The acquisition of DexMach fits perfectly with our strategy to further strengthen our position in public cloud”, says Stijn Bijnens, CEO of Cegeka. DexMach will become the Center of Excellence for Microsoft Azure within the Cegeka Group and will initially function as a separate entity.

DexMach, with headquarters in Temse, is considered in Belgium as the innovative expert in the field of Microsoft Azure. The company has the necessary expertise and experience in developing scalable cloud environments according to the most advanced standards and the most stringent quality requirements in terms of cybersecurity.
