DexMach is on the move… platform engineering, a Cloud Center of Excellence for the Cegeka group, and collaborative and transactional offers in a world where even services are productized. We have a clear goal of becoming and remaining valuable in the delivery of Microsoft cloud services. Working on the three main pillars of cloud service management: compliancy, automation, and insights.

As an organization, DexMach has grown to a structure where the DexMach service portfolio (aka products) is placed centrally. In a holacracy model, a management layer is defined to organize the service portfolio, and a technical layer with a competence management practice is defined to deliver cloud values in services or in a productizing model. We have created a plug-and-play board to drive company value and a plug-and-play board for our #OneTeam to manage personal ambitions. What is now innovating will become commodity, what is future now can be your next focus area… cloud goes fast, and people need to be able to “grow with the cloud.”

In the last few months, significant steps have been taken in the company’s ambition to deliver DexMach services at scale. Productizing services is the answer to scalability. It’s a development of products around our services, wherein we more-or-less virtualize the DexMach cloud competence. In this journey, Remi Minnebo, as CTO played a big role in making scalability possible, and assisted in bringing the cloud services portfolio to its current state. From the entire DexMach #OneTeam we would like to thank Remi for all his contributions and great achievements during his time as our CTO.

Jasper Cottenie new CTO

To continue with some more personal ambition growth, we are pleased to announce that Jasper Cottenie has now assumed the DexMach CTO role and will oversee the next steps in DexMach’s overall service productization. Jasper has travelled in DexMach from an automation expert to product management, and with all the years of experience, he is now rolling into the orchestration of productization. With the full support of the DexMach #OneTeam, we are sure Jasper will make it a success. Thank you, Jasper, for your dedication to the DexMach cloud value, team, and organization: We are ready to take cloud value delivery to the next level!

From all our notes-from-the-field, joining the Cegeka group to go at scale, DexMach became a product organization supported by the “Black Belt” cloud competence team! DexMach is a Cloud Center of Excellence in practice, for customers and is now organized to deliver CCOE services via the Cegeka channel. From a customer perspective, this is a unique service in the Microsoft Cloud partner landscape where DexMach services can be extended via the Cegeka Group and Cegeka Group services can be extended with DexMach products. There is always an approach or model at your service to deliver your cloud ambitions. Compliant, automated, and reported in a customer-centric way, where cloud platforms deliver the foundation of the “Trinity of Innovation.”
